Apple Butter Pork Loin
I read all the reviews, both good and bad and changed a few things accordingly. Not sure it's the same recipe anymore, but it was delicious so I thought I'd share. I used a 2.5 pork sirloin roast. I don't use seasoning salt so I just put salt and pepper and about a tablespoon of crushed, dry sage. Poured over only a half cup of apple juice and roasted it covered for about 45 minutes. I combined 1/2 cup of my homemade pear butter and about a tablespoon of brown sugar (I skipped the cinnamon and cloves because the butter is already spiced). After the first 45 minutes I removed the foil, coated the roast with the pear butter mixture and roasted for another half hour. Rested for 10 minutes and it was perfect; moist, tender and not overly sweet.

Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Am I the only person who thought this was unbearably salty? I wanted to love this, it was so simple and seemed like a great idea. The meat was great, but the veggies and especially the gravy were so salty I could barely eat it. It made so much gravy, normally I'd be dancing with joy but I had to throw it out. I felt my blood pressure rising with every bite.

Kielbasa and Potato Bake
I took what I thought were the best suggestions from all the comments. I used sweet potatoes instead of potatoes, I added some sharp cheddar, I left out the salt (thank goodness, very salty anyway). Like others have said, it was quite "soupy" but if you make it, do yourself a favour and make sure you serve that soup. The broth is where all the best flavour is. Would definitely make this with sweet potatoes again. Delicious. Might try it without cheese net time. It was good and gooey, but I'm not sure it's necessary.
