Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
One word for this recipe is YUMMY. I did not have cooking spray so used liners instead. (Will use the cooking spray next time.) Some of the brown sugar came off on liner, but did not take away from the flavor or presentation of the cupcake. Will definitely use this recipe again.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
this was a very easy cheesecake to make. The only thing that I changed was to use the jiffy brownie mix. The crust turned out perfect. This is a very tasty cheesecake and have had several requests to make again. I did not use all the caramel mixture as directed.. so I cut up apples and used as an apple dip. Very yummy.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
This is a great giant cookie recipe. I made this for my sons birthday and he loved it. I used the recommendation of 2cups flour and 1/2 tsp of salt and a little extra vanilla. I also left a little room around the edges. Worked out great.. No "spillage" I then topped with buttercream frosting recipe from this site. This cookie was very moist and tasty.. I will definitely be making this one again...

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
Loved this recipe.. so easy to make. I took the suggestions of using (2 1/2 Ilbs)chuck roast instead of the rump roast, used Beef broth instead of water and omitted the salt and also used 2 pkgs of Italian-style salad dressing mix. Then put sandwiches under the broiler topped with pepperoncini and topped with provolone cheese. Yum. Next time might try toasting hoagies first with garlic butter.

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2011
Awesome is the only word I can use to describe this recipe. I took advice and used vanilla pudding instead of chocolate. Very moist. Took to work and everyone loved it. Will definately make this one again, but next time will try suggestion of lemon pudding and blueberries..
