Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
Enjoyed the ease of prep. Was in the oven in no time. Took a little more than an hour to reach 158 degrees. Like others have stated, the gravy did not thicken up at all. I poured it into a sauce pan and reduced it adding a pad of butter at the end and it thickened nicely. Low maintence, decent flavor meal.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
So good! I used *4* heads of broccoli and did not need to increase the amount of dressing. Healthier maybe? I also added slivered almonds per others' recommendations. Loved it!

Joanne's Super Hero Sandwich
