This was great! My whole family enjoyed it. Used dried cranberries instead of cherries.

Pear Honey

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
It's both bizarre & delicious that this tastes just like real honey! Made it in the slow cooker on high setting over 6 hours. Poured it off into half pint jars & gave them to friends & family - who have all said they loved it. Even my friend who won't eat bee honey ate this & loved it!

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2012
Yummy! ;) Made them into individual rounds with just the filling, no glaze. My husband said they were the best danish he'd ever had! Even better than from the bakery.

Brownie Torte

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2012
Fabulous & oh so chocolaty! I did reduce the sugar to 1/3 of a cup and it had just the right amount of sweetness. Also for the chocolate glaze topping I used Red Raspberry syrup instead of corn syrup. It gave the it a wonderful fruity flavor that complimented the strawberries & blueberries I garnished the top with. Everyone who ate it said they loved it! :) Several asked me to please make this again - especially my husband!

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
This was fantastic! My hubby & I had never tried brie before. We tasted it straight out of the package & didn't like it very well. But when prepared with this recipe we loved it! Definitely a keeper! So easy too!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
These were fantastic! After stuffing the peppers with cream cheese, I added a thin slice of cheddar cheese to each one & sprinkled them all with cajun seasoning. Then wrapped each pepper with half a slice of bacon (a whole slice seemed like it would've been too much) I covered a cookie sheet with foil, and baked then in the oven at 400 degrees until they were crisp to our taste. Had no need to turn them either. My husband said they were wonderful & that I'd definitely have to make them again!

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
This was fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly, the only thing I had to adjust was the amount of orange juice used. When I added just the 3 TB called for, the mixture was too dry. So I added an additional 8 TB and then it was just the right consistency. Wonderful flavor and texture to these scones. Definitely a keeper!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2011
This was fantastic! Made it for my husband & in-laws, who are not big fans of chicken dishes. But they all loved this! So full of flavor and just the right amount of tang from the lime. Thanks for this great recipe!

Key Lime Cake II

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2011
Very tasty - really has a nice zing to it. I didn't have the lemon pudding mix, so I used lime flavored gelatin instead. Came out nice & moist - and bright green! Which was a nice effect. Will make again.

Whitney's Peanut Butter Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
These were fantastic! Huge hit at the card party I took them too! I did make them a bit more decadent by dipping them in chocolate & drizzling more chocolate across the tops of them for decoration. My friends couldn't believe I'd made these delicious & lovely "truffles" at home! Definitely a keeper!
