Pear Honey
It's both bizarre & delicious that this tastes just like real honey! Made it in the slow cooker on high setting over 6 hours. Poured it off into half pint jars & gave them to friends & family - who have all said they loved it. Even my friend who won't eat bee honey ate this & loved it!
