Greek Style Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2014
Very nice. Ate at a Greek restaurant last night and loved their roast potatoes, went looking for a recipe and found this one. The only change I made was to cook the potatoes at 450 for 50 minutes instead of 350 for 2 hours, and I turned them once at about 20 minutes. Came out delicious.

Chicken Milano

Enjoyed this - nice and simple, tasty. I love creamy sauces. Next time, I would make twice as much sauce.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2013
First time I made ribs. Followed the recipe to a "t", except I didn't have onion powder so added in dehydrated minced onions - was fantastic.

Salmon Hash With Potatoes & Dill

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2011
Not bad. I was looking for something to do with left over baked salmon. I'm not a big salmon lover so wanted something more than the salmon and rice and found this. Simple to make and quick. From start to table in about 20 minutes. I used left over cooked salmon and tossed it in the pan for the last 2 minutes with the onions to warm up. And I used 1 tbs dried dill.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2011
These were good, I'd make them again. The soured milk was a nice touch. These turned out nice and fluffy. Next time I'd add just a little bit more milk (maybe 1/8 cup) as I found them just a bit too thick.

Very good. I would definitely make this again. However, it was too dry for my wife.

Mulligatawny Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2011
Not bad, I would make it again. This was my first mulligatawny soup. I used turkey stock which I had on hand instead of chicken stock and I didn't have a celery stalk, but the rest was as described. The flavour was nice but next time I'd make twice the recipe and maybe double the apples after that (maybe that's because the turkey stock is a stronger flavour).
