Perfect Pie Crust II

Amish White Bread

I made this bread again today, the first time I made it exactly as the recipe stated but it was a little to sweet. I changed up a few things I cut back on the sugar to a 1/2 cup as per previous reviewers. I also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I also used 2 cups of warm milk instead of water. This bread turned out wonderful it rose beautiful and tasted even better. Thanks for the recipe.

Amish White Bread

New York Rye Bread

This is a great rye bread recipe hands down the best one I have ever tried. I bake bread every week for the family this recipe comes out perfect every time. I make it in the bread machine on dough cycle only changes to this recipe were adding 1-1/4 cups of water and a 1/4 cup of oil, (I do not use caraway seeds family preference) I also use olive oil, then transfer to my bread pan. I also bake it with a bowl of water in the oven it.

Garlic and Parmesan Chicken Wings

These were excellent!!! I par broiled and let cool the night before then stuck them in fridge overnight still in par broil recipe. I took them out of that then let them dry the next morning prepared as recipe states then put them in a crockpot on warm to serve at a Sunday football party. Everyone raved about them and wanted the recipe.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Made this with my fresh frozen peaches I put up last year, and it was excellent. I did add more cornstarch due to the fact there was more liquid than normal since they were frozen and thawed. Everyone loved it!!!!

The Best Potato Salad

Made this for a cookout at a neighbors and I did take the suggestions from the reviews of making it the day before it turned out wonderful, everyone raved about this recipe. I did not add the black olives but other than that followed the recipe to a "T" and it was really good will use this as my go to potato salad recipe from now on. Thanks for the recipe.

Easy Meatloaf

This turned out wonderful everyone loved it. I did double the sauce because we are huge fans of ketchup. I also took the advice of some of the other cooks reviews and added the minced garlic and sauteed the onions and garlic before mixing in with the meat as well as adding Worcestershire sauce and I replaced the milk with low sodium chicken broth due to being lactose intolerant. I then cooked it on the grill indirect heat due to it being so hot out lately I did not want to heat up the kitchen and work the air conditioning anymore than necessary. This will be my go to recipe for meatloaf. Thanks for the recipe.
