Red Cabbage Salad II
EXACTLY what I was looking for! Sweet, tangy, spicy YUM! I used balsamic vinegar as well as Grapeseed oil. I omitted the extra salt and added a teaspoon of lemon pepper instead. I will make this over and over and over...

Harvest Pumpkin Cupcakes
Excellent recipe. I think non-pumpkin eaters would eat these. So delicious, I love the addition of orange to the frosting. Its so subtle and cuts the cream cheese taste from overpowering the cake itself. Going to use these for a Birthday party in November. HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying this one.

Frosted Maple Cookies
Great but not good for shaping into maple leaves. They are good w/out frosting. W/frosting they are quite sweet and mapley. A true lover of maple syrup might be able to tell it's maple extract and not actual syrup added to the mix. I'm using this recipe sans frosting for a harvest party.
