Cheese's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2013
Yummy! I used cracker crumbles instead, also used hotdogs (we didn't have kielbasa in the house that night). I used cheddar and pepperjack cheeses - it could have used more spice to it. Will try again and add some flavor!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2013
Made it as instructed with directed ingredients. GREAT flavor. You can change it up by what spaghetti sauce you choose. We make this regularly and add mushrooms and some other seasonings (Italian seasoning, oregano, parsley)

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2013
This made for a wonderful Christmas turkey! The seasonings are very coarse, so eating a piece of meat with an abundance of spices on it did have an interesting texture, but the flavor overall was superb.

Curried Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2013
Great recipe and very easy to alter for individual tastes. We didn't have any curry powder so I used paprika, but only about 1 tsp. I also double the sweet relish. The apples add interest!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2013
As others have done, I used a 7lb pork shoulder, removed some of the fat and the skin which was still intact. I used two bottles of beer to mostly cover the meat. After 8 hours in the crockpot, on low, the meat fell off the bone and smelled wonderful. I drained the liquid, shredded the meat, and applied Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce (almost a whole bottle). The meat remained in the crockpot for a few hours (accidentally while we visited with our guests). When we finally ate, it was perfect, and very easy clean up!
