EASY!! Even my youngest son helped! I never made cinnamon buns before (last week was the first time I made bread from scratch), Didn't use a bread machine instead I kneaded the dough for 8 minutes with the kitchen aid mixer.I followed other reviewers advice by letting the dough rise in the oven by turning oven on to 100 degrees and then turning it off,The only other thing I did different was sweeten the icing by using a little more butter,vanilla and confectioners sugar to suit the taste buds of my youngest son,( The cinnamon bun expert). I froze eight of them and put the other four in the refrigerator over night, In the morning I baked them at 350 for 25 minutes.I would definitely recommend this recipe it truly is a clone of a Cinnabon.
