Amish Macaroni Salad
Used the hints of cutting sugar back to 1/4 cup. I make my own mayo, found mixing the sugar and other ingredients in it was quick and easy. Used green peppers since I din't have red.

Oven Fried Chicken III
Every time I make this it comes out great. Follow the directions or by using some of the modifications you see here in reviews. My favorite modification is to use crackers, fresh thyme and garlic w peppercorns ran through the food processor. I have even added parmesan cheese in the processor. Have always had great complements when I've made this dish. Definitely one to add yo your recipe box.

Clone of a Cinnabon
EASY!! Even my youngest son helped! I never made cinnamon buns before (last week was the first time I made bread from scratch), Didn't use a bread machine instead I kneaded the dough for 8 minutes with the kitchen aid mixer.I followed other reviewers advice by letting the dough rise in the oven by turning oven on to 100 degrees and then turning it off,The only other thing I did different was sweeten the icing by using a little more butter, vanilla and confectioners sugar to suit the taste buds of my youngest son,( The cinnamon bun expert). I froze eight of them and put the other four in the refrigerator over night, In the morning I baked them at 350 for 25 minutes.I would definitely recommend this recipe it truly is a clone of a Cinnabon.
