Bread, cakes from scratch, and all of my late mom and dad's recipes. I have about 75 3x5 index cards in their own handwriting.

Grilling freshly caught crappie at Lake cuyamaca on July 4th.

I won a blue ribbon for my Texas Chili recipe at the San Diego County, Del Mar Fair.

Not writing down some of my folk's recipes before they passed away.
