Mexican Casserole

As soon as I read the ingredients I knew that I was going to love this recipe! I used a pico de gallo salsa, mild taco seasoning and cooked my chicken with green chile peppers and garlic. Also, if you nix the chicken and cheese, it makes a great corn and bean salsa ;)

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

I add finely chopped green onions instead of regular chopped onions, less parsley and more garlic... It was a hit! Also they taste 100x better on a grill vs in a skillet :)

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

The night I made these I absolutely hated them, they tasted like flour and brown sugar mixed together. But still I decided to give them one more chance..... so i rolled them into balls and froze them. The following afternoon I tried them and they tasted just like the cookie dough in store bought ice cream and milkshakes! I think the key to making this recipe work is letting them sit in the freezer overnight.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I love this guilt-free recipe! I've made this soup twice, once with traditional red enchilada sauce and the other time with green chile enchilada sauce. Although the red enchilada sauce soup was very tasty, the batch with the green enchilada sauce tasted SO much better!! It still had the nice reddish-brown color and tasted like something right out of a restaurant!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical but I loved these! So yummy!... I used a chocolate cake mix and purchased "break and bake" cookie dough and put them in the freezer for about 30 min since they were already refrigerated. I only baked the cupcakes for about 17 minutes so they would remain moist and not dry out. Then topped them with a buttercream icing... A definite hit in my book!

Parmesan Broccoli Balls

Big disappointment... I tried this recipe twice and each time I was let down... It took forever for the balls to brown and they never held a nice "ball" shape. This recipe just isn't for me and I probably wont be trying this recipe again.. However, its always nice to try something new thanks for sharing.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

very tasty meatloaf... However, I made a few changes... I used a sweet onion, replaced the ginger with garlic, used 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs instead of crushed saltine crackers and put the ketchup and brown sugar glaze on the top. Next time I will probably use a little less milk as well...

Yummy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Excellent dipping sauce.. better than any honey mustard sauce in a jar I have bought... I didn't have any honey Dijon mustard nor did I refrigerate the sauce overnight... I just used 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard, mixed it right up and it came out great!
