Wow, this recipe was great! To save time, I added the sauce while it was hot to the chicken and let it marinate for only 15 minutes. I grated a large orange to use as "orange zest" and juiced the orange in substitute for OJ, it gave it a much more natural flavor! Amazing! I took out the rice vinegar and simply doubled the amount of orange and lemon juice and added a tbsp. of molasses. Also 1/2 a cup or 3/4 a cup of brown sugar is more than enough! You want to have a taste of sweet but not overwhelmed with sugar. I served it with stir fry veggies over brown rice. This one's a keeper!
