Soooo good! This turned out almost exactly like the Naan you get in Indian restaurants. It was awesome, soft, and heavenly. My 2 & 3 year old children loved it as well. I didn't feel like heating up the grill & I don't have a gas stove like many make Naan on. So, I heated up a non-stick skillet to medium heat & sprayed it with Pam & cooked my Naan on it till it got puffy & was lightly browned on the bottom. Then, I flipped it & did the other side. I brushed melted butter on both sides during cooking. I was hesitant to try it this way because who has heard of Naan cooked on a non-stick skillet? However, it turned out quite lovely. It was soft, buttery, & just lovely. Oh, & I did add about a tablespoon of vegtable oil to the dough when kneading it because it was really dense before hand. The oil loosended it up a little- perfect!
