Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
Apparently I did something wrong as well as one other person. I followed the instructions as they were, and once I poured the mixture into the bowl with the confectioner sugar, it became very lumpy and never smooth. I tried adding more butter which I know spiked the calories even more, but I did not know what else to do being in a hurry before it became more stiff than it was already starting to get. I then picked up my mixture by hand, layed it in the casserole dish, then mashed it down to form a nice even square. I usually have good turn outs with every recipe I have tried on this site, but unfortunatly, I did not have luck with this one.

Lemon Glazed Cake
I made this using Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix, following the recipe on the box, but adding an extra egg which totals four. I also used Jello Instant lemon pudding instead of Jello Mix. The time it takes to cook, really depends on your ovens latitude, but to be sure and not overcook your cake, you can always use the toothpick test after about 30 minutes, making sure it comes out clean. This is about what my cake was finished at, cooking it on convection. As far as the icing for those who said it was to thin, you can always add confection sugar to thicken or use less lemon juice. This is my family's favorite recipe and comes out perfect every time. I gave 5 stars because the recipe I am responding to, is this persons original recipe and you just have to make it your own if you feel something didn't fit your liking.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
I think this recipe was absolutely wonderful! My family devoured these stuffed peppers in no time. I am giving this recipe five stars because full credit goes to the person who posted the recipe with a few minor adjustments that I made. The few things I changed were: As I was frying the beef mixture and onion, I added minced garlic. I used already diced fire roasted tomato's by hunts instead of using whole tomato's and having to chop them, I used beef broth to add to the flavor instead of using water, I used Ragu Garden Combination instead of tomato sauce(again, adding to flavor). Also, half way through stuffing the peppers, I put a little of the Ragu Garden combination in the middle with a smidget of cheese. As for the seasonings like the salt and pepper, I did season to my taste, adding one basil leaf or you can sub using a dash of crushed basil. This recipe was full of flavor by the time I finished adding my touches and this recipe will definitely be a keeper for me and my family. Thank you!
