Mom's Zucchini Bread

I cooked it for about 70 minutes, actually. We live at a higher altitude (5200 feet). Usually mine are a little too mushy in the middle if I don't cook them extra. Also, I put in one extra teaspoon of cinnamon. Perfection!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Absolutely amazing. I only have two suggestions: 1) Bake the bottom crust until lightly browned before putting in the filling. 2) Put tin foil underneath the pie pan in the oven to prevent caramel from dripping down and burning on the bottom of the oven! Delicious!! I used the following pie crust recipe (doubled it to make the lattice-work top):
