Banana Sour Cream Bread

The directions to use four 7x3 inch loaf pans is way off base and left a huge mess in my oven. I knew the pans were probably too full, but I'm a novice at banana bread so I just followed the directions. I bet it will be good, but it's still cooking and the stuff that's falling to the bottom of the oven will probably set off the smoke alarm once my kids are asleep tonight.
