Seafood Stuffed Avocados

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2013
Followed the recipe but also added tomatoes, cilantro, onions and replaced the mayo with ranch. Added extra cucumber as well. Instead of stuffing the avacado, I sliced. The presentation was awesome but eating it was AMAZING. Delicious! It's a good thing I tripled the recipe! I might add fresh jalapenos next time. I served with home made Tostadas. My boyfriend couldnt get enough of it. Already planning to make again for Labor Day!

Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
I used Marie Calanders Corn bread mix and baked the day off. Also used sage sausage and 1can (14oz) of chicken broth. It came out PERFECT. Not dry at all and a little toasted on top. Everyone LOVED it! Finally, I have found the perfect stuffing recipe! Thank you Barbara!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2007
I've made this SEVERAL times, each time I cant believe how INCREDIBLE they turn out! I no longer have the need to go out for ribs!!! Of course, I read others suggestions...using bbq sauce and cutting down on the ketchup. Also I use 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce instead of chili sauce. I baste the ribs with the bbq sauce while they are in the oven. Since I am paranoid about them "drying out"/sticking to the bottom, I pour a very small amt of beef broth to the crop pot.

The Best Thai Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2004
I made this for dipping for the Indonesian Satay (in this website). It was delicious and EASY!!! I did have to cut the recipe in half. As suggested, I waited until the last minute to add the lime. The texture and flavor were great! Thanks!

Indonesian Satay

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2004
Very simple and delicious recipe. I cut the recipe in half and used only 2 pieces of chicken breast. I did not make the peanut butter sauce. I used a "no cook" sauce found in this website. Will make this recipe again!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2003
This was the best recipe I've ever made. My fiancee is very picky and he ate over half of it. I used ground turkey and fat free sour creme to reduce the calorie intake. I also didnt have ziti but I used rigatoni and it came out DELICIOUS!
