Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were good but I realized I'm not a big mint fan like a lot of ppl said you have to be with these cookies but a great recipe and I'd recommend it to anyone that loves mint:)

Breaded Pork Chops

I used chicken broth to boil the chicken, carrots and peas in and I also added about a half cup of chicken broth on top of the gravy mixture before putting the top crust on, came out delicious!! Will make again!

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

YUM! Really enjoyed making this, never made it before. I was surprised at how moist the meat was, every time I cook meat it seems to get dry. I cooked the corned beef in beef broth and def. had a lot of flavor.

Old Fashioned Apple Pie

very good pie, accidentally added 2tsp of cinnamon to the recipe and it came out better! I've made this pie about 5 times in just 2 weeks, gave a couple away and kept a few. YUM!

Gerry's Chicken Enchiladas

The mixture for inside the shells was very runny, probably could do without chicken broth, but overall really liked all the flavor! My husband went back for seconds which is unusual with enchiladas:o)
