Garlic Prawns

12 Large Prawns - clean , slightly flatten , retain tails.
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Garlic.
1 Tablespoon Minced Red Pepper ( or use some freshly ground pepper or even avoid this totally ).
Juice Of 1/2 a Lemon.

Heat 1 Tablespoon EVOO , while still warm add the garlic and pepper . When garlic begins to lightly change color ( 1 minute ) add the salt and prawns , saute 2-3 minutes till done . Finish with a sprinkle of lemon juice and eat at once .A simple and delicious dish.

I am going to try this,but with shrimp,as i don't have prawns,thanks for posting.

Prawn is a common name sometimes applied to large swimming crustaceans, particularly in Britain and Commonwealth nations, which may also be referred to as shrimp.
