Recipe from Rocky Mohan's Art of Indian Cuisine.I have made some changes which I have added in brackets where needed.8 Drumsticks ( I used one full chicken )150 Ml Yogurt.
1 Teaspoon Haldi Powder.
1 1/2 Teaspoons Red Chili Powder.
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala.
100 Ml Ghee.

Garlic Prawns12 Large Prawns - clean , slightly flatten , retain tails.
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Garlic.
1 Tablespoon Minced Red Pepper ( or use some freshly ground pepper or even avoid this totally ).Salt.
Juice Of 1/2 a Lemon.
Heat 1 Tablespoon EVOO , while still warm add the garlic and pep

This is an easy and delicious recipe . Try and buy small sized ganth gobis with tender leaves. Peel the bulb and slice or chop into large chunks., Discard any tough stems of the leaf keeping all of the leaf .Break large leaves into two.
500 Grams Ganth Gobi.
1/2 Teaspoon Methi Seeds.
