Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken Breasts Wrapped in Bacon

This was good. :) We all enjoyed it. I didn't use the shallots or fresh parsley. A VERY easy way to make something that seems extra special. :)

College Student's Gourmet Pasta

Pretty tasty. :) I don't know if I would consider it "gourmet" LOL or not. :) I doubled the sauce and am glad I did. I had a feeling it would be too dry if I didn't. Also, I used whole wheat spring pasta.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

This is awesome. :) I doubled the amount of sausage and just used the loose instead of messing with the links. Also, I used Cayenne pepper instead of the flakes. I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella on my serving when it was on the plate. Definitely DELISH! :)

Marinated Pork Loin

I actually left my loin whole and cooked it in my crockpot on low. It was fantastic! Everyone ranted and raved and referred to it as "awesome". I cooked it with about 1/3 of the marinade. Delish! No changes to the recipe whatsoever. :)

Savory Chicken Breasts

Not bad, I read some reviews and made some changes. Used 2 lg cans of cr of mush soup and some milk to make extra sauce and served with egg noodles. Also used the stuffing instead of bread crumbs and doubled the cheese. Hard to tell if the chicken was done because it was smothered. Not bad though. Oh, also seasoned the chicken with onion salt, pepper and minced garlic.
