Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake I

I found this recipe in the Philadelphia Cream Cheese cookbook years ago. I serve it every Christmas. People come to my Christmas party just to get a slice (and to take some home if possible). A few years ago I had gastric bypass and with a few adjustments, I can still enjoy with wonderful cheesecake but now as a sugar-free! You can't go wrong here. P.S. Yes the original recipe called for TOASTED pecans.

Unbelievably Easy Slow Cooker Black Forest Cake

I make this same cake but I bake it in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes @ 350. It you are careful in pouring the butter over the cake mix, there is no dry area. I also add chopped pecans. You can also use apple filling and a yellow cake mix. You can also use no sugar filling and a sugar free cake mix for those people who can't consume sugar like myself and the taste is fantastic.

Spiced Pecan Crust

I made this crust for my pecan pie this Thanksgiving. Everyone who tried it noticed the difference and loved it. I will definitely use this crust for other pies as well. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!!!

Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire

I put a dash of Grand Marnier to it. OMG! It was delicious. I put some over cream cheese and served with crackers and it was gone before you knew it. I will definitely be making this again!

Shortbread Crust

I had gastric bypass over 2 years ago. I love cheesecake but I cannot have the sugar in the crust. I ground up some Truvia for the confectioner's sugar and used this for the cheesecake. It was to die for delicious. Everyone loved it instead of the graham cracker. They thought it was a cookie. This will be my go to recipe for all my cheesecakes in the future. Thank you for sharing.
