Great recipe ! i have never baked a cheesecake or even watched some1 do it ,and it turned out great . here is summary of important advices : 1-all you ingredients must be at room temp.(V.Imp) 2-A water bath is the best approach so it wont be dry. 3-if white lumps are stil visible after mixing just use a filter to remove them 4-grease the pan especially the edges. 5-when it is done cooking after one hour pass a 6-knife between the edges of the cake and pan. 7-instead of 1/4 cup of flour use 2tbs gives it a very creamy texture. 8-Add cinnamon ,and nutmeg 1/2 small spoon to the crust. dnt check on while it is baking,and hopfully it will turn out great !
