Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2011
crunchy , golden and just delish! to save time do like the first review states .;shake rings with ingredients in a Ziploc bag . accept the bread crumbs step . i dipped rings individually coz first time i shaked it all together . they were not coated well ,and so it didnt form perfect crispy links . i say skip the wire rack step . it really doesn't do any difference at all just takes space and time ! i did the second time and saved 15 minutes !

The Best Lemon Bars

Reviewed: May 27, 2011
Omg these are amazing !! if you get confused by different reviews suggesting different amount of lemon juice . i say go with your instinct ,with wht you think you'll like . I for example love tarty lemon sour taste so 2/3 cup was great for me . My brothers couldn't eat a peace without squinting their eyes . So you know your family and what they like, go from their . And oh ! if you like the taste of mint and lemon combination. add 1 TBS of finely chopped mint . it does wonders to the taste and the appearance of your bars .

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2011
mouth-watering indeed ! these were great. i followed reviewers tips, and so i added a slice of hotdog in each ,reduced the amount of thecream cheese used even though my mushrooms were more than 12 . sprinkled the stuffed mushroom with origami and rolled the bottom in butter then dipped it in breadcrumbs. ...writing this is making me crave them again !!

Honey Lime Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
needed a lot of alteration ,so i'de say it's a great basic concept recipe for honey chicken . be specailly careful from over heating the sauce becaaus it will caramelize to give a very chewy unwanted taste.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
very chocolaty and moist . loved the chocolate chips idea really made a difference. it is just that even with all the addition the cake still had that box mix since to it which made it loose a star in my opinion. i personally notice a huge diff. between mixed nd homade cakes .

Creamy Hot Cocoa

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
This method of coca ( too proud to call it a recipe:P) is a great base for making hot choco no matter how different the texture you u like is . I for instant like it to be a bit thicker than the milk base ,and the coca taste to be richer so i 1/2 table spoon cornstarch to the choco/sugar mixture. And make the 1/2 coco cup into a full cupp. gives you that smooth rich thick drink.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
Great recipe ! i have never baked a cheesecake or even watched some1 do it ,and it turned out great . here is summary of important advices : 1-all you ingredients must be at room temp.(V.Imp) 2-A water bath is the best approach so it wont be dry. 3-if white lumps are stil visible after mixing just use a filter to remove them 4-grease the pan especially the edges. 5-when it is done cooking after one hour pass a 6-knife between the edges of the cake and pan. 7-instead of 1/4 cup of flour use 2tbs gives it a very creamy texture. 8-Add cinnamon ,and nutmeg 1/2 small spoon to the crust. dnt check on while it is baking, and hopfully it will turn out great !

Classic Tiramisu

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
Great recipe. the cream although i didnt use the Italian cheese but the common substitute was superb.just remember the coffee taste is very strong and bitter so dip the biscuit lightly until its color is light brown,if the color was coffee dark it will be very bitter. trust me that happened to me . the stiffer you want it the more you must whip the whipping cream only, not the finale mixture!
