120 Calorie Peach Pies

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2013
We followed the recipe exactly. I really hope we did something wrong but either way, I will not be making this again. If you do try this recipe be careful applying the cinnamon and sugar. It is not really "sprinkling" because it all bounced right off, had to be a little more diligent getting it to stay on. The peaches tasted fine when we were slicing them (taste testing, wink wink) but once you tasted them in the pie it had no flavor. The recipe is just too plain. Sorry guys, this one was a no go.

Cherry Chocolate Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2013
We followed the recipe as it was written. As soon as we mixed the dough together and saw how much there was, we thought, "We need more cherries" but we were too far in to go back for more than the 21 oz can we bought just for trying this cobbler. It tasted pretty good but left you craving more cherry filling to go with the amount of cobbler topping. The dough also seemed very brownie like. Not exactly but made us wonder how just brownie mix would do on top. We would make this again but get more cherry pie filling. Its hard to have too much cherry anyway :)

Creamy Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2013
We followed the recipe (didn't add vanilla or cinnamon like many suggested in the reviews) and it was pretty good. Everybody at our house seemed to like it however, I think next time for curiosity sake we will add the cinnamon and see what that is like. Not too sweet either. Would have been awesome with some ice cream.

Potluck Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2012
It is very good. Just make sure to thaw the frozen dough for several hours. Im not used to using frozen dough, so I mistakenly thought four hours would be good enough. It was still tough to work with. Second go round I put it in the fridge overnight and then set out, it was much better.

Banana Nut Bread I

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
I made this with only two cups of white sugar (so dropped a half cup). I made one with and one without nuts. I found they were both a little too moist so will be using less bananas next time. Overall a very good recipe that I will use again.

Chicken Puffs

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
I made these for the first time the other night. I more than tripled the recipe because I was feeding a big family. Other than needing to be in the oven a bit longer it is a great recipe! Everyone was skeptical about them at first, but they loved them and they dissapeared fast. I thought they were delicious cold too! Will definately make these again.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
I just made this earlier today. It was delicious, especially served with Vanilla Ice cream. A lot of people suggested adding Nutmeg but I think its great just the way it is. :) It is important to make sure that the apple slices (Granny Smith) are good sized. I cut the apples into quarters for the little apples and 1/8 for the larger ones. I will definitely be making this again.
