Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup
I agree, this is a good base recipe for chicken noodle soup but tastes much better customized. I definitely added carrots, made my own chicken broth, although did add poultry seasoning. salt isnt necesarry, i agree. Each person salted their own if they wanted to, others i served this too thought it was best as is. I made the stock out of chicken wings (all i had) and used the whitest part of the wing for some the meat then boiled chicken breast in the almost finished broth, cubed it, and added it the last 10 mins. I made my own egg noodles(found on allrecipes!) and everyone looooved this dish!. If you've made soup be/fore, you'll know what works best, i think.

Peanut Crunch Bars
I haven't cooled this yet to try it (I just finished making it) but it tastes good so far. It's really sweet though and next time I make it I'll try to substitute something for all the sugar. I also used cheerios and it worked out well - I was trying to use up my cereal and peanut butter so this recipe was perfect. Let's see how my husband likes it!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I love this recipe! I made this for my family 2 times in a week! 3rd time again for my friend the same week! A GOOD TIP FOR COFFEE LOVERS: Instead of adding 3/4 cups of milk, I added 1/2 a cup of espresso and 1/4 cup milk. I will try it with 3/4 cup of coffee this time for more of the flavor but it is great!! Make sure to cool the espresso so it's as cool as if you added milk. Don't worry, the consistency of the cheesecake is still the same. I also tried different crusts, like oreos, and it's delish! Everyone says it's better than cheesecakes in restaurants!
