This turned out perfect! Couldn't believe how easy this was! I used this as a base and put 1 cup raisins, 2extra tablespoons of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon for a wonderful cinnamon raisin bread! Just wait to add the raisins til the 'add in' beep happens towards the end of the 2nd kneading. Just made 4 of them for Christmas presents for work colleagues.
