Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2012
This is the recipe I use EVERYTIME for banana bread!!! Going on... at least 15 times. There are only two alternatives to this I toy around with - I'll add Ocean Spray Blueberries instead of fresh (it makes it taste fresher longer) & instead of using flour to prepare the pan, I'll use cinnamon sugar.

Banana-Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
This was SUCH a hit - not only with the picky in-laws and kids, but also the hubby's body-building friends!!!! Everyone loved it - made with protein powder, splenda instead of sugar, and added extra banana / zucchini

1-Dish Taco Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
The entire family LOVED this!!!! Even the little guys who are PICKY! They ate every bite. The only thing we did differently was use the Taco Bell seasoning for the packages, boxed cornbread (way easier) and we fried homemade tortillas chips for the top. Fabulous!!!

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
This is absolutely the best chocolate cake EVER!!!! Every bite has pudding, moist cake and chocolate chunks - we even modified the ingredients to be gluten free the second time around - STILL PERFECT!!

Belle and Chron's Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
Being allergic to gluten, I skipped the crust, added one extra egg, used 1 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup rice milk, turkey sausage, and tons of extra veggies. After reading the reviews, I chose to saute the mushrooms, spinach and onions before adding them to the egg mixture. After it was prepared, I topped it with extra meat and cheeses. Super great hit - all the neighbor kids were here and we decided to make it twice!!
