Cheese's Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Easy recipe, but has a strange taste from the onions. The first time I made this my family refused to eat it. I followed the recipe exactly except the kielbasa. Just made it for a second time and drastically reduced the onion and used extra sharp cheese shredded with a bit more than called for from some leftovers in the fridge. MUCH better! (I also left the breadcrumbs off this time and would have used Ritz crackers if I had any)

Fluffy Pancakes
Quite good. Easy to make if you have all the ingredients. We always sprinkle chocolate chips on our pancakes before flipping for an extra treat. These do seem to cook more quickly than I'm used to, so I burned the first couple. Since then I have made the recipe three times and now appreciate the quicker cooking time with two small children clamoring for pancakes behind me.

Asian Orange Chicken
Fabulous! Made this on the fly without marinating the chicken and it went over so well that there were no leftovers! I fried the chicken then set on a paperbag lined cookie sheet and set in the oven at 350 until it was all done. Kept it warm and crispy.
