I made this for a recent Christmas party. I ended up eating about ten of them after they got out of the oven. They were very tasty. The sauce could be improved, you could use your own variations. Overall though this was an easy recipe to make.

Cavatelli and Broccoli

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

After reading the reviews I couldn't wait to make these. I followed the directions exactly as listed. I was disappointed at how mediocre these cookies tasted. Just another Tollhouse recipe.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

I've been failing at peanut butter cookies lately. This recipe built my confidence back up and swayed my family to allow me to stay in the kitchen. The best peanut butter cookies I've ever made! Thanks Michele!!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

Apple Crunch Pie

Sour Cream Pork Chops

The sauce was watery and lacked any flavor, leaving these nice browned breaded pork chops soggy. My kids pushed there plates away and I have to admit that I didn't blame them. Won't ever make these again. A can of cream of mushroom soup would of been much better than this watery bland sauce.

Broccoli Beef I

Added some thickly sliced mushrooms (so my kids could easily pick them out!) and about a quarter cup chopped onion. Was very generous with the ginger root and garlic as well! My 15 year old son's first words after he tried this were "Mmmmmm"!
