Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing
we really liked these. I only marinated my fish (grouper) for about an hour and a half as that's all I had and in general a light marinade is more than enough on fish unless you want to make ceviche. My husband said that they are a definite "make again".
