Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
Wouldn't have realized that a splash of evap milk would make such a difference!

Amish Meatloaf
I thought this was very good. I used herb snack crackers. My girlfriend thought the tomato glaze on top was a bit too sweet but I loved it. I did not add the bacon on top either.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas
I don't think I'll make this again-- wasn't very good. Maybe it was my choice in salsa or something, but it just didn't taste like I expected it to.
