Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

This is IT! This is the one! Growing up and attending a small public school, we had these bars once a month and the recipe went to the grave with the chef. I have tried to replicate over the years and now I found the secret is the GRAHAM CRACKER crumbs!Thank you Justine, the search is finally over :)

Pineapple Enchiladas

I created this as written and my family absolutely loved it. I thought it could use ... something ... but can't quite figure out what. It was good and I will make it again but not until i figure out that "something" to add. We enjoyed this dish with Spanish Rice from this site as well.

Almost Eggless Egg Salad

Excellant! Although I enjoy tofu, I was dubious of this tasting remotely like egg salad. Glad I tried it anyway because it's GOOD! My family has no idea and I'm not about to tell them they are eating a healthier version. I've made this a few times now and I've concluded the next round won't include nearly as much tumeric as it's a bit too yellow. Wonder if my family will notice ...?! Thanks for the wonderful recipe Jill!

Tater Tot Casserole III

Coconut Date Balls

These tasted good but they were extemely crunchy --- not at all what I expected. Extra crunch was not from the krispie cereal, either; I thought of that already :) I'll make these again but I will not boil as long, I think the mixture overcooked. Still enjoyed the flavor though. Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Plum Glazed Pork Ribs

We absolutely loved this recipe for ribs!! Different and delicious, the crowd we fed thoroughly enjoyed it. We boiled them till the meat almost fell off the bone and then grilled them outdoors, basting this yummy sauce on top. I think they would taste better this way anyway.
