Basic Hummus

I made this as an appetizer for Thanksgiving. This was my first attempt at hummus and it came out pretty well. I didn't add all of the olive oil, trying to save some calories. I added probably 2-3 tablespoons of reserved liquid to get it to the right consistency. It tasted somewhat bland, so I added a little garlic salt and some rosemary seasoning blend. The end result was good. I served it with pita and bagel chips...yum!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Excellent flavor! I will enjoy this salad for many servings, as it makes a bunch!!

Koula's Best Ever Chicken Gyros

This was great! A little different than traditional gyros, but the blend of spices made this dish delicious! The 3 chicken breasts I used were rather large, and the ratio of sauce to meat looked a little deficient, so I doubled the sauce recipe...this is definitely a "make-again" recipe in our house!
