Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon
This was pretty good. I used mozzarella instead. I added a little mayo like some suggested for creaminess. I didn't brown the sides of the chicken but I did put the frozen spinach on the stove and heated it with seasoning and the mayo. Stuffed chicken breasts and it was pretty good!

Basic Ham and Bean Soup
SOOO GOOOOD. I had a ham hock from Easter and made this soup. I followed other reviewers and used half chicken broth half water. But only 6 1/2 cups. I used a 15 bean soup bag o beans that I soaked over night. I tossed it all together and let it simmer for about 4 hours. It was amazing!!

Honey Glazed Ham
This was amazing. I made a 13 pound ham for Easter and it was a HUGE hit! I bought a very cheap and basic ham, too. I followed other reviews and used and oven bag. AMAZING. It was so easy that I may make more ham when it goes on sale. I scored it all over. I used 1 cup honey, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 2/3 cup butter. I flipped the bag every 15 minutes and cooked it for about an hour. I say it again... AMAZING! And, I have never done a ham before.
