Baked Potato Skins

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
These were absolutely delicious! Since my potatoes were more medium sized, I only cooked them for 7 minutes, cut side down and then 2 minutes with the bacon and cheese added. I also only used 2 T. of oil per other reviews. They were gone in minutes! I was pushed for time, so I microwaved the potatoes instead of baking in the oven, and I really hate to do that, but they still turned out really crispy. Thanks for a great recipe!

Grammy's Easy Blackberry Cobbler

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2011
Delicious and VERY easy. I saw other recipes that called for a lot of sugar, but that wasn't necessary with the cake mix. My husband brought some blackberries home from the farmer's market, so I whipped this up and served it hot with vanilla ice cream. Wow! Thanks so much for the recipe!

Mexican Bean Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
This recipe is awesome! I reduced the salt by 1 teaspoon, and not quite so much pepper either, but other than that I followed the recipe. We ate it with tortilla chips. Love it!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2010
This was delicous. The only thing I did different, was that I used spaetzel instead of regular noodles, and it was a 17 oz. bag. There were NOT too many noodles though. I thought 6 oz. was a little low for as much liquid as was called for. My family couldn't quit raving about it.

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
This was delicious. I halved the recipe and still had a lot of leftovers, but I'm sure it will be just as good reheated. My store was out of French Onion soup, so I substituted Beef Consomme and some sliced onion. Very fast and easy. Cooking on high, make sure you stir occasionally to keep from burning.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
This was delicious. I was afraid to put so much cayenne in it, but several people said it wasn't too much, so I did it. My husband loved it, but it was a tad spicy for me. Still good though.

Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
I made this and it was delicious. I didn't change anything. I used pineapple-peach chipotle salsa, which added a little sweetness to it, I think. Also, I didn't crush the chips, I just layered them on the bottom. I think it kind of gave it a refried bean texture. Anyway, great recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
I made this last night. It was very good, but way too much salt for me. I even eliminated the 1/2 t. salt in the ricotta mixture. I also used the oven ready noodles and it turned out fine. Gonna change that salt though for next time.
