Creamy Shell Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
I am also rating this recipe on the dressing. It was really good. The only change I made was adding a teaspoon of sugar because it was a little too much ranch flavor. I added peas, shell pasta, broccoli and bacon bits and it was delish! Will definitely make again.

Tender Barbecued Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
This was a really good recipe. I omitted the lemon only because we're not huge citrus fans. I used Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce and pepsi. I also used boneless skinless chicken breasts because that is what I had on hand. It came out so tender. I ended up shredding it and we ate it on buns. Will definitely make this again. It was easy and had a good flavor.

This was really good and really rich. I used a shortbread crust because that was what I had on hand. I served it to guests and it got rave reviews.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
This recipe is FABULOUS! I had been craving rice pudding for a while but couldn't find a recipe that I connected with until this one. I used long grain rice and half and half because that was all I had at home but it was delicious. Next time I'll try a med grain rice and skim milk. It's creamy, sweet, warm and comforting and pretty easy to make! Thanks so much for posting this recipe!

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
I did follow another users suggestion and added the whole chicken then removed it and added just the meat. I also added a cup of carrots. My husband and I both agreed this was the best chicken noodle soup we've ever had!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2010
I've never had italian beef before or been to Chicago but if it's half as good as this recipe I want to go! The meat was tender and flavorful. I followed some other users suggestions and wrapped the rolls in foil and put them in the oven to warm. When I assembled the sandwich I put banana peppers and hot pepper spread and provolone cheese on it. Then I wrapped it all back up in the foil and put it back in the oven for five minutes. The roll was warm and the cheese was gooey. It was delicious! A new favorite in my house.

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2010
I've been making meatloaf for years and this is by far my favorite recipe! It was tender, baked to perfection and tasted great! My husband loved it, too and he knows his meatloaf. I've already added this to my recipe box.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This drink is so good! It's warm and cozy and just the right amount of sweetness. I used almond milk because that was all I had on hand, but it tasted great. If you heat the milk in the microwave for 3-4 minutes it will get it as hot as the milk at Starbucks. I will definitely make this again!
