Sweet and Savory Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2015
I have tried this recipe twice (today was the second time). I really liked it a lot. The only thing I changed was that I doubled the dry rub because (to me) it didn't have quite enough salt with the amount called for in the recipe. Overall, I think this is about as good as any bbq I have ever had and I have had some really good bbq.

Streusel Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
This cake has a great flavor but I don't see how anyone can "pour" this batter. It is way too stiff to pour. I had to add close to a full cup of milk just so I could get it in the Bundt pan. I will probably make it again but with some adjustments like one cup less flour and twice as much of the streusel filling. And I think I will bake it in a rectangular pan--half the batter, filling on top and then the other half of the batter. I only baked it about 50 minutes and even with the addition of the milk it still came out somewhat dry.

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
These rolls are very good. I mad them today. One problem with the recipe, at least if you use organic brown sugar, is that it doesn't work well to melt the butter and add to the sugar and cinammon. Better to just melt your butter, spread it over your dough and then put the sugar and cinnamon on it. Other than that they were fine and everyone loved them. I'll probably be making them again with that one change.
