Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2015
Based on the reviews, I had high hopes for these cookies, but unfortunately, no one in the family loved them. I think with some tweaking, they could be wonderful. I would cut back on the cocoa a tad and cut the chips by a third of a cup.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini for a Large Family

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2015
This is a very easy and yummy chicken tetrazzini recipe that can be changed up in many ways. You could add celery, broccoli, peppers or even chunks of tomatoes to give it some more oomph. This recipe fills a 9x13 baking dish to the brim and easily fed my family of 4 with enough leftovers for dinner tomorrow.

Tasty Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2015
All in all, this is a good recipe for pulled pork that even a novice cook could pull off with ease. I normally use Coke or Root Beer to add to the pork in the crock pot to tenderize the meat, so using the apple cider vinegar was new to me, but it worked well. The pork fell apart after about 5 hours on low in the crock pot. The sauce was a bit thin, so I added some barbecue sauce to the buns to give it some "oomph".

Cheesy Smoked Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2015
What more can you ask for than yummy and easy comfort food? I made no changes to the recipe and it was delicious. It did come out slightly dry, so next time I will add more cheddar and Monterrey Jack to the mix. #MyAllrecipes #AllrecipesFaceless

Jumbo Shells with Asparagus, Prosciutto, Ricotta Cheese and Three Cheese Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2014
Made this for my husband and two kids last night. My 9 year old daughter had 3 servings...she loved it! My husband and I both thought it was a tad salty, so next time I will omit 1 tsp of salt. Overall a delicious and very easy dish that looks fancy enough to serve to company!

This was a good, easy recipe for a quick weeknight meal that is very kid friendly. I paired it with some garlic bread and a salad to complete the meal.

Double Fudge Brownie Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2014
These cookies are really yummy. I made two batches, one with a mix of chocolate and white chocolate chips, and one with a mix of chocolate and peanut butter chips. Both versions were great. The batter does become very tough to mix so you really need to use some muscles to get the chips mixed in evenly.

Fruit Cobbler from Mott's®

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2014
My family went nuts over this recipe. My husband walked in the door after work salivating at the smell of it cooking in the oven! I was very skeptical about how this would taste using the applesauce and canned fruit, but the flavors melded together beautifully. I followed the recipe exactly and used regular Bisquick for the top and frozen blueberries. #AllstarsMotts

Taco Bake II

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2014
This was good. Very easy to prepare so a great weeknight meal. Next time I'll only put the tortilla chips on top because I wasn't loving how soggy they got on the bottom and middle layers.

Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2014
My family thought this was fabulous! I've tried several pulled pork recipes and this is by far my favorite. The meat just fell apart...so tender! I served the slaw on the side due to some picky eaters but it was also delicious. This is definitely a keeper!

Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2014
This was so good!! I've tried other coconut chicken recipes and they have never turned crispy. These were crispy and flavorful. I substituted lemon juice for the lime juice but followed the other directions. Very, very good!

Chef John's Swedish Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2014
Wow! These were so good. Even my super picky kids loved them. The sauce this makes is fantastic. I'll double it next time so I have more to use over noodles or rice. I suggest watching Chef John's video on how he makes this - it is very helpful.

Beef Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2014
This was very good. I used Johnsonville mild Italian sausage instead of beef. I would call this more of a spread than a dip. It is too thick to dip chips into. It's better used as a spread for bread or crackers.

Slow Cooker Apples with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2014
...can't type right now...too busy drooling and licking my spoon! This was so very yummy! It wasn't overly sweet and paired nicely with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. And while cooking, this made my house smell like heaven!

Shells with Italian Sausage and Ricotta Stuffing

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2014
This is an easy, delicious recipe that even a beginner cook can ace. I followed the directions to a "T" and used Johnsonville mild ground sausage. I cut about a minute off of the suggested cooking time for my noodles so they wouldn't overcook and then rinsed them in cold water to stop them from cooking further. I served this for company tonight and it was more than enough to feed six people.

Lemon Cream Cheese Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2014
These bars just didn't do it for me. The filling was yummy but I didn't care for it paired with the taste of the crescent rolls (which I like).

Amazing Muffin Cups

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2014
My family loved these! Even my picky 9 year old! My husband thought they'd also be good using ground Johnsonville sausage instead of the breakfast links. I also found that the hash browns didn't crisp after 12 minutes. I put them back in the oven for another 15 and they were perfect!
