Quick Quiche

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
Exceptional!! I used many of the suggestions in the reviews. Also, sauteed onions, added mushrooms. Used cheddar and mozzarella and added broccoli. Next time I will skip the salt completely, we like LOTS of cheese and it has plenty of salt, almost overdid it. Also baked in my cast iron skillet. Another fav for our family! Thank you :)

Easy Pizza Sauce I

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
Awesome! I mix this up 1st so it can sit awhile, using more garlic, only 1 cup of water (thicker) and skipping the rosemary (not our favorite). Usually have extra sauce which I freeze for the next time. The kids love to make individual pizzas so everyone loves what they have, plus they make cute faces. :) Use along with Pizza Dough I.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
I prepare it exactly as it is! I want EASY and quick so this works for me. I don't have the patience to wait for dough to rise. If I want more elaborate, I'll find a different recipe. Thanks for a winner, we haven't purchased takeout pizza in about 2 years now! :) I use along with Easy Pizza Sauce I.

I used potatoes, onions and mushrooms, skipped the cheese no need for it with all the flavors already. A keeper!

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
Very tasty! I followed the suggestion of adding BBQ sauce and did so in addition to all the ketchup to keep it a little more saucy. Will most definitely make this again and be tossing my old sloppy joe recipe, its been replaced. :)

Hot 'n' Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
Yummy!! The first thing my husband said, "This is a keeper!" Didn't have the salad supreme seasoning so I dumped in what I did have (1/2 tbsp ea of montreal steak seasoning/Johnny's garlic spread seasoning) Will be making this for our upcoming Superbowl party.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
WOW, these are every bit as good as everyone says they are! I followed the tips of hand mixing and baking exactly 25 minutes and they are perfect. I didn't bother to make the frosting and in our world, it only yields 8 servings......so off to the gym I go. :) Think I'll take this camping this summer and bake in my cardboard oven!

Beef Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
really good! I increased all the veggies, used dried egg noodles and we used leftover prime rib from the holidays. Next time I will go with low sodium broth to control the salt as the granules tend to be too salty for us. Will stay in my recipe box!
