Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Five stars with some changes. I had a three pound roast, so I used 1/2 cann of cream of mushroom soup mixed with 3/4 cup of red wine. Place meat in bottom of crock pot, top with onions, carrots, parsnips, salt and pepper. Pour soup mixture over meat. After two hours add cut up sweet potatoes. Finish cooking. Remove all from pot. Put all juice in saucepan and add remaining 1/2 can of mushroom soup and more wine. Excellent.
