Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2003
Delicious! I halved the recipe because I only had two bananas. I also added a little vanilla and baking powder. I baked the bread in six single serving bundt pans and it only took 20-25 minutes to bake. They came out perfect! Great recipe!

Vel's Christmas Shortbread

Delicious! I did have a lot of trouble getting the mixture to come together but I just added some extra butter and it worked fine.

Stained Glass Window Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2003
This recipe turned out great. I followed the reviews and reduced the milk and added extra sugar. I also did not crush the candy. I used a large cookie cutter and then made a small cut out in each cookie. I put one lifesaver in each candy and it worked great. I really like the idea of usind cooking spray to grease the pan. It worked like a charm. The cookies are a little bland but I made up another batch (without the candy) and iced them and they tasted great.

These cookies are awesome! They are incredibly easy and quick to make and taste delicious. I didn't need to modify the recipe at all.

Zesty Chicken Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2002
This recipe turned out great!!! It was delicious, the instructions were clear and it was very quick and easy to make. I think a layer of grated cheese in the middle would really taste good too!

Best White Icing Ever

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2001
Great recipe-just like the stuff you get at the store. A bit sweet for me but still a great recipe. I'm sure kids would love it! I put it on a sponge layer cake with apricot jam filling. Yummy!

Laura Shirk's Shortbread

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2001
This recipe is too dry. It needs an additional 1/4 cup of butter. Also, it needs more sugar. It is okay if you are going to ice the cookies.
