Heavenly 'Apple of My Thigh' Dessert
Awesome dessert! The sugar is not necessary. I made it without and it was plenty sweet. Next time I will make sure I take this out 30 mins ahead of time so the cream cheese has time to soften a little bit. I'm fighting to not each the leftovers that are calling my name from the fridge!

Chicken Satay
Following another review, I doubled the peanut butter, halfed the soy sauce, doubled the garlic, and it was great! I grilled it for a cooking club and all the ladies LOVED it! I fried up the leftovers for my hubby the next day but it was much better grilled. Excellent adapted recipe!

Blueberry Cream Muffins
An excellent recipe! I added 1 tsp of cinnamon. Also, instead of all-purpose flour, I did 2 c of ww, 1.5 c of all-purpose, and 1/2 c of bran. I also added decorating sugar to the top to give it some crunch. I'll definitely use this recipe again!
