Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

I prepared this the same way as described, except instead of pork i used thin chicken breasts, which i dipped in egg and then italian bread crumbs. Also instead of fresh tomatoes i used canned dice petite tomatoes since that's what I had. Still came out delicious! This recipe is delicious with chicken!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

These sandwiches are delicious! I didn't add the brown sugar because I didn't have any, but honestly I don't think it really needed it! I wouldn't have wanted it any sweeter. I only used about 2/3 of the bottle of barbecue sauce which was plenty. I also added some chopped onion to the slow cooker, and added some lettuce to the sandwich. It only needed about 6 hours on low and the chicken shredded very easily. Like others have said, stir the chicken after shredding and let sit for a couple minutes to let the shredded pieces absorb the sauce. Served with some spicy baked beans. Delicious!

Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage and Tortellini Soup

Love this soup! Easy to make and healthy! This is my boyfriends favorite soup now, and he asks me to make it all the time. I used canned petite diced tomatoes and it still comes out great. I also use a different sausage...an italian turkey sausage that doesn't have fennel seeds, since 'ive never liked them. i also remove the casings from the sausage before cooking, since i found they tend to fall off in the soup. i don't add anything extra, since all of these flavors just work so well together!
