Chicken and Mushroom Saute

Definitely a keeper! Fresh mushrooms are so much better than canned. I added extra salt because of the few people who commented that there wasn't enough flavor, but it didn't need it. We also served it over rice, which was excellent.

Tiramisu II

Delicious! We are glad we had a couple cups of coffee because 1/4 cup was not enough. My husband thinks it is a little too sweet, but I think it's just right. Thank you for this recipe! We will be making this, again!

Chicken Parmesan

You KNOW this is great when the husband says that you can make it for him every day. I haven't had panko or bread crumbs, so I used half the amount of ritz crackers crumbled up, instead. The only problem with this recipe is all the dirty dishes I make, but it is worth it!

Hot Chocolate Mix II

I added a little more sugar than it called for (1/2 cup more) and it turned out a quite good. We will be keeping this recipe! BTW...16 ounces of dry milk is about 7 cups. And, yes, use 2 tablespoons instead of teaspoons.

Sweet and Gooey Chicken Wings

About 1/3 cups soy sauce and 1/3 cups brown sugar was just right. I like to do these in the crock pot. Put them in on high until mostly cooked, drain out the juice, then add the sauce, turning the chicken every few minutes so they all get coated.
