Creamy Rice Pudding
Have made this several times with great results...so delicious!
Had some leftover Quinoa to use up and thought I'd give it a go. I substituted the rice with the quinoa exactly and used almond milk instead of the 1% milk...it was sooo good!! A nice nutty taste and 'slightly' healthier :0
