Sweet Potato Casserole VI
This is now our family favorite. I opt'd. for changing the 1 cup of white sugar for 1/2 white and 1/2 brown but no other changes

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These were To Die For. Every time I made them everyone wanted the recipe. I found that my large cookie scooper was perfect to make 5 or 6 LARGE muffins.

Best Ever Banana Bread
This banana bread was one of the best and easist I've ever made. I had 3 large banana's and that was more than enough. The 9 x 5 pan was almost too small. I had another slightly larger one and would recommend that. Also, that seemed like a lot of sugar so I used a half cup of splenda and it turned out fabulous anyway. It rose above the pan but kept its shape and everyone raved about it.
