I have been a member for a while and I am struggling to feed my kids healthy meals they will eat. My son is 16 and is extremely picky. I am up early every morning and they prefer cereal over a home made breakfast.  The kids eat lunch at school of course when they are there.  They come home and all they want is junk. I stopped buying junk foods. Now they complain they are always hungry. I am starting a plan but need some help.

I am in need of........ good kid/adult friendly 1 hr. or less time is important to us we are always busy with something show choir, sports, dance and gymnastics.

Breakfasts

lunches (weekend no school)

Dinners

snacks

Must be kid friendly but healthy.  I want to loose 10-15 lbs. I want to have lots of energy. I want my children too have good positive energy.

You might make this same request on The Buzz (see tab up top) using the "ask a question" tab on that page. People can give you direct links to the recipe...plus lots more people may respond. Let me look in my recipe box and I'll come back with some suggestions.

Yes, as Paula suggested, please go to the Buzz for help with this. Use the Request a Recipe link not the Question one and you will get many, many recipes.

It would be helpful to know what kinds of foods your picky eater or you as a family will eat and what specific foods are a definite no.

Applesauce as fruit dip. Try it, its the bomb. Dipping apples into applesauce does feel strange, though.
