I have been a member for a while and I am struggling to feed my kids healthy meals they will eat. My son is 16 and is extremely picky. I am up early every morning and they prefer cereal over a home made breakfast. The kids eat lunch at school of course
when they are there. They come home and all they want is junk. I stopped buying junk foods. Now they complain they are always hungry. I am starting a plan but need some help.
I am in need of........ good kid/adult friendly 1 hr. or less time is important to us we are always busy with something show choir, sports, dance and gymnastics.
lunches (weekend no school)
Must be kid friendly but healthy. I want to loose 10-15 lbs. I want to have lots of energy. I want my children too have good positive energy.
