I've grown up in the food industry. I started as a bus boy, and worked my way to be a waiter for 8 years. I enjoyed working for restaurants with different types of cuisine, such as Greek, Italian, Steak House and BBQ. I enjoy trying new places to eat, and look for truly authentic restaurants that specialize in a particular type of cuisine. Sometime, I like to feel like I left the country on vacation, while I'm out for dinner.
My favorite things to cook
Definitely BBQ. I enjoy many other types of cuisine as well, especially savory dishes. My most favorite type of dishes are spicy dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I grew up eating French food (from my mother's side) and spicy Indian food (from my father's side). Some of my favorite dishes that my family makes are: Tandoori Chicken, Crepes, and Pork Roast. My family does not stick to a set traditions as I come from a multi-cultural family.
